All D-BAS™ technology, algorithms, hardware designs, brand names and content are the intellectual property of EvatLabs LLC and are protected by patent applications, copyright, and trademark law. D-BAS™ and DNA Biotech AI Systems™ are trademarks of EvatLabs LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvatLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the D-BAS™ platform. Biological state reports are informational only — we accept no liability for decisions made based on platform output.
Your use of D-BAS™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of D-BAS™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
