• Biological signal data collected during D-BAS™ sessions (with explicit consent)

• To build and evolve your personalised Digital Twin model

4. Biological Signal Data — Special Category

Biological signal data is treated as special-category sensitive data under GDPR Article 9 and applicable UAE data protection law. We collect and process this data only with your explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Storage & Security

Biological signal data is processed on-device where possible. Cloud-stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

7. Data Retention
